COMPANY OVERVIEW PDF Print E-mail

RTH Processing, Inc. was established in 1989 and incorporated in 1992. Throughout the years and through growth, we have become the most vertically integrated rubber supplier in the United States, ranging from collecting and qualifying for black application to compounding colored and virgin EPDM under our own roof, under strict in-house quality standards. This allows for quick turn around times, large quantities of inventory and exceptional service and pricing.

We are an ambient grind company with over 90 year’s accumulated experience in processing rubber products. With this experience, we understand customer needs and requirements and apply that knowledge in our manufacturing process. Because we are so vertically integrated, no orders are too small or too large to receive exceptional service.

We guarantee the quality and uniform product at all times. We guarantee the manufacturing process of our rubber. The color, hardness and specific gravity are checked to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications as each batch is produced. After the rubber is granulated, testing begins and both color consistency and adherence to size specifications are checked. As an ISO 9001 accredited system, a dedicated team of in-house testers maintain 24 hour quality checks on all production processes and finished RTH granules. RTH granules are subjected to testing to ensure the products withstand the effects of the climatic conditions. Most importantly, the technical team at RTH provide a service, which is always available to our customers on any matters relating to RTH granules.

We have multiple warehouses for the convenience of our customer. One warehouse is located on the west coast (California), one is in the south (Florida), and the other warehouse is in Ohio (our Ohio manufacturing plant is an ISO 9001 accredited system). This allows for quick delivery time and reduced freight costs.
